Listing your cottage on the Internet is the best and most cost effective
way to advertise your rental cottage. Cottage renters can view your rental
cottage with descriptions, photographs and contact information 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. Once listed with Spirit of the North, you become
a member and you can then update your listing anytime you wish. No more
classifieds or advertising deadlines.
Listing Levels
- Bronze listing - $40.00 + GST
- Silver listing - $75.00 + GST
- Gold listing - $120.00 + GST
A description of each listing level can be found below.
How it Works
As a cottage owner interested in listing your cottage on Spirit of the North, you would do the following:
- Sign up and become a member by completing the listing form
- Select your listing level (Bronze, Silver, or Gold)
- Forward your payment for the listing level you selected
- Along with your payment, forward the photographs for your listing (digital photographs may be forwarded by e-mail)
Once we've received your payment and photographs, we will include your cottage on the Spirit of the North website and send you a confirmation via e-mail or mail if you do not have access to e-mail. Your listing will be online for one year.
Spirit of the North is a web advertising facility for privately owned and housekeeping cottages and does not accept listings specializing in providing hunting services. Spirit of the North reserves the right to unconditionally refuse any listing.
